What is Mobile Dentistry?

In mobile dentistry, we come to you. With our specialized equipment, we can bring the dentist and their team to your home, residential facility, or workplace. Cleanings, x-rays, toothaches, fillings, extractions, we can do it all wherever it’s easiest for you, rather than making you come see us.

Who do we see?

We help anyone who struggles to come to a traditional dental office. Whether there is a medical, cognitive, or developmental barrier that makes visiting a typical dentist hard, or if you’re just too busy with kids
and work and want us to come to you, we are happy to help make comprehensive dental care convenient again.

Do we see patients in retirement homes?

Absolutely. Many of our patients find us because their parent or friend is unable to leave their retirement home or memory care facility, and thus has been unable to see their regular dentist. With years of experience visiting retirement homes around the Midwest, we are very comfortable working in that specialized environment. If you are the
guardian or power of attorney for someone in need, we can work with you to help them eat and smile without pain.

Do we see children?

We love kids! As parents ourselves, we know how hard appointments can be for kids. New people, new sounds, new experiences. Sometimes it’s easier to see kids in an environment they’re familiar with. For families with multiple children, dentistry can be tough for many reasons. Finding appointment times for everyone on the same day (or else finding childcare), making sure you pack enough snacks and activities for the waiting room, focusing on what the dentist says
while keeping an eye on your family… it’s a lot! We’re happy to help eliminate a few headaches by coming to you.

Who are we, and why are we passionate about this?

Our dentists, hygienists, and assistants are trained to ensure you receive cutting-edge care even when we’re seeing you in your kitchen! Our accomplished team has been providing comprehensive dentistry to patients of all ages and levels of independence for years. We have specific experience caring for those who are homebound, are struggling with memory loss, and working with children!

We have proudly served communities across the Midwest, and are building a reputation for helping those who might otherwise not be able to receive dental care. The families we have gotten to meet are so special to us, and we are so lucky to be able to help people in this way.

Why doesn’t every dentist do this?

It takes a lot of skill and special equipment to bring full-service dentistry to our patients, rather than the other way around. And truthfully, most dentists would rather have patients come to them than the other way around. It’s hard work traveling! But we made a promise to our community when we became dentists to use our talents to help people, and for us, that means finding a way to see people who may have been overlooked by traditional dentistry.
